About Us
Jamie's Farm is a charity equipping young people to thrive. We host farm-based residential and day visit programmes for young people. We do this in partnership with their schools and youth organisations at 7 locations across England and Wales. Our evidence-based, therapeutic programme provides a catalyst for lasting change with our impact revealing children leave the farm better equipped to thrive academically, socially and emotionally.
