Establishing in 1998 with a shop front in Manchester to many customers coming from afar and with over 30 years of butchers experience, we soon realised there was a need for the halal community to have easy access to high quality meat cut the way they like. Whether it is for families, students or working couples, we aim to deliver the same fresh cuts of meat that you would expect to get at your local butcher shop without the need to freeze.
